Fix For: 2.1
it would be nice to have an option in the bootstrap + mojo in the plugin plugin
that could walk the plugin groups and cleanse locally installed versions of
plugins to ensure you get what is in the repository.
This perhaps would not be necessary with better configuration of when to
use/not to use development versions of plugins, which is under consideration
for 2.1. Let's evaluate it though.
