maven-rar-plugin can not install the generated rar file to the local repository

The build stops and generates an Access Denied error because it cannot install
the correct file to the local repository. Looking at the console output, these
lines are present:
[INFO] [install:install]
[INFO] Installing C:\myrar-project\target\classes to C:\Documents and
Settings\user1\.m2\repository\myrar-project\myrar-project\1.0-SNAPSHOT\myrar-project-1.0-SNAPSHOT.rar
So it seems that the plugin is trying to copy the target\classes to the local
repository and renaming it as the rar file. I've attached a DIFF file with some
changes that I think will make the plugin work.
