The introduction to repositories now has a section, which reference another
page, regarding how to set up a mirror for the central repository, which was a
common question on the user-list when ibiblio was down.
This page also had several copy-and-paste errors, where the text probably
originated from an xdoc. Bits of regular html-code had slipped in, making the
generated page look rather silly, as you can see on the currently deployed site:

I have also fixed some small errors on various other pages.
