It looks like many of the plugins' repositories have been moved, but the
"source repository" pages on maven.apache.org don't reflect this change. For
example, maven-war-plugin
(http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-war-plugin/source-repository.html)
points to
http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/maven/components/trunk/maven-plugins/maven-war-plugin
when it should be
http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/maven/plugins/trunk/maven-war-plugin.
