When mvn javadoc:javadoc is used
\target\docs\apidocs\index.html is created with correct javadocs.
but when mvn site:site is used
\target\site\apidocs\index.html is created with a JavaDoc link to an empty
page. I believe the $bodyContent is not correctly handled by site-plugin.
