adding dependency to subproject's pom.xml

I have maven multiproject in a single eclipse project.
Maven plugin correctly searches dependencies in all subprojects and adds them
to eclipse .classpath. The same is for updating source folders.
Unfortunately, adding dependecies (with add dependency option) works only for
main pom.xml.
I would like to choose to which subproject plugin should add chosen dependency.
