This seems to be related to MEV-267. Maven says there is a problem with the
POM. I don't have the exact error.
If I try to access the pom directly using:
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven2/springframework/spring-mock/1.2.6/spring-mock-1.2.6.pom
it gives me:
Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance
downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
For the time being, I've changed the groupId over to org.springframework.
