add sources to commons-net

Not sure if this is the correct place to request this but can you please add
this sources.jar to the repository.
Not creating a bundle because it is an apache project that is sync'd from the
apache repository.
I only the sources need to be added.
Let me know if there is another mechanism to handle this.
