We agree on that too. Actually, once its in JIRA, it doesn't need a
champion. I was just making sure it didn't get buried, but
responsibility for momentum can be carried by anyone able to at any
given time.

Cool, I'll sift out all the salient bits and push it into wiki. Then folks can peruse it again and we'll move on from there.
