Hello, in version 1.9 (unreleased now) the mavne-changelog-plugin change the
format auf the changelog.xml File. Now the scmchangedcommit and scmchangedfiles
aggregator count the wrong elements in the xml file. I attach a small fix as
diff (against the last trunk).
