Setup sync with objectweb m1 and m2 repositories

ObjectWeb now has a maven2 repository. The following need to be synced to
ibiblio:
maven1:
forge.objectweb.org:/var/lib/gforge/chroot/home/groups/maven/htdocs/maven1
Note that previously the maven1 repository was at
forge.objectweb.org:/var/lib/gforge/chroot/home/groups/maven/htdocs/maven
maven2 release repo:
forge.objectweb.org:/var/lib/gforge/chroot/home/groups/maven/htdocs/maven2
maven2 snapshot repo:
forge.objectweb.org:/var/lib/gforge/chroot/home/groups/maven/htdocs/maven2-snapshot
I don't think we have a snapshot repo yet so syncing the m1 and m2 release repo
is fine for now.
