broken groovy jar in maven 1 repo

In the Maven1 repo some of the Groovy jars don't seem to be downloadable. Are
maybe the permissions broken? The jar in question is
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/groovy/jars/groovy-all-1.0-jsr-03.jar.
I noticed this because the HiveMind GUMP build
(http://vmgump.apache.org/gump/public/jakarta-hivemind/jakarta-hivemind-library/index.html)
has been failing for the last two weeks or so with the following error:

/x1/gump/public/workspace/jakarta-hivemind/library/build.xml:41: The following
error occurred while executing this line:
/x1/gump/public/workspace/jakarta-hivemind/hivebuild/dependency.xml:112: The
