The repository:bundle-create task should check the availability of dependencies
in the ibiblio repository.
It just happened to me that in a ibiblio upload, I was referring to an artifact
that once existed there, but has been removed and now only exists in my local
repo.
As I couldn't find the "repository" plugin, I filed this issue here, sorry if
this is the wrong place.
