+1 to demote

I think it should stay in the release as it's useful and was working last
time I tried it.

The Cargo m1 plugin is working and is covering most of what this plugin is
doing. I wouldn't mind if we said it's been replaced by the Cargo m1 plugin
and I'm active there so the Cargo project can support any additional feature
requests.

The Cargo m1 plugin is working and is a full superset I believe, so I
wouldn't mind if we said that it's been replaced by the cargo m1 plugin.

I'm +1 to move those plugin sources to the sandbox. However I'm not sure
about removing the last released version of them from the distribution.
Maybe we simply need to provide a batch file with "maven plugin:download"
entries for all the plugins we're demoting and put that file in the download
area for people who still want to use them?

Thanks
