maven-jxr 1.0 is not present on ibiblio till today
(released 2 or 3 days ago).

JXR is the library that backs both the Maven 1 and Maven 2 plugin.
The Maven 2 plugin is the one at mojo, though we've discussed bringing
this back to the Maven project now that code is a separate library.
