javacc doesn't handle java5-syntax files

The javacc plugin uses javacc 3.* and can't handle java5 syntax. By replacing
the dependency with javacc 4.0, it can be made to handle java5 syntax. Could
you update the dependency and ensure that javacc 4.0 is in the repository?
