The current Tapestry 4.0 POM at ibiblio has no dependencies specifies. This
upload bundle contains a pom.xml with the dependencies specified.
This could be a duplicate of MEV-303, but that one doesn't seem to have taken
effect yet (and it was marked fixed 2 weeks ago).
