Latest release of all 3 versions of the xpp3 pull parser.

The current state of the xpp3 versioning is a big mess. Sometimes, the
variation (min, xpath) is added to the version, sometimes used as classifier,
even though the jars have huge differences.
I believe the big differences justify different artifactIds, classifiers are
for similar jars that were built differently (e.g. signed vs. unsigned).
Upload bundles were assembled manually, theres no way I can reproduce that Ant
build (ever).
