straight forward unit test for clean plugin
also added the version that was refactored to use plexus and convert the
CleanMojo to more of an adapter onto a more easily tested plugin, or at least
elegantly tested plugin
adding this jira issue to hold this stuff and I'll link it in the email thread
on dev
