cannot disable events by creating a new notifier

If I create a mail-notifier, I can enable or disable notifications for the
events Succes, Failure, Error and Warning. If I disable a checkbox (for
instance success), this event is enabled after the creation of the new
notifier. If I change the notifier later, it works and I can disable this event.
