I just noticed that the sites for the recently released plugins, like
maven-release-plugin and maven-site-plugin, have a different Issue
Tracking URL than plugins released earlier, e.g. the maven-rar-plugin.
They now use:
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MPA
instead of
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG
Just wanted to check if this is by choice or if something has broken.
