That's solely because Mike fixed them in the last week.
I'm still not sure if anyone has reviewed the unscheduled bugs for
critical updates and patches to apply.
Other than that, I believe it just docs that are needed now.

I don't know, which issues fall under "should be scheduled". But currently
neither the maven archiver nor the maven jar plugin have any open issues
scheduled for 2.1. In other words, please recheck whether a release of both
plugins would be possible.
