The first part comes from site.xml and the second from the page itself.
You can remove the "Maven RAR Plugin - " part from the pages.

I did not know what a Resource Adapter Archive was before. Therefor I
thought that this plugin was an archiver/compressor for the .rar format,
as in WinRAR. Perhaps an FAQ about that: "What's the difference between
a RAR file and a .rar file?"
