First off we need to decide what version number to use. I see two
candidates here:
[ ] 1.0, as its current version is 1.0-SHAPSHOT
[ ] 2.0, to have all Maven 2 plugins use 2.x versions
+1 for 1.0, 2.0 is only used for plugins that exists as Maven 1 versions.
If it is required to have a beta version first, please voice your
opinion about that. I'd be fine with releasing a beta as well.
Release a beta first, we need to get it properly tested before it's
finally released. I know it has been used on all of our plugins, but we
do stuff in a certain way etc. Run it on all of the (released) Mojo
plugins and I'm happy to release a 1.0.
