John just actually added this to the deploy plugin :-)
A 'deploy' passes through the package and install phases, correct?
We do *not* want the artifacts re-built, they've already been
evaluated and voted on.
Sure, once using the release plugin you would use a straight move to
an official repo. Though using Maven the release, should in theory,
be exactly the same :-)
