Issues:
1) The NOTICE.TXT file in the root of the binary package only
mentions Apache
stuff. However, I see a jsch jar, jtidy jar, and xml-apis jar that
certainly are not apache. Plexus is codehaus, etc... Thus, the
NOTICE file
definitely needs updating.
xml-apis comes from xml-commons. I put notices in there for the rest.
2) The scripts in bin have the old Apache copyright, not the new one.
