We can't interpolate every time. Sometimes, we need to interpolate ${project.*}
and sometimes not in dox

I like the Velocity option, not sure if being on by default or not is
good. When there is a parse error I'm currently just rendering the
original document as is where you can see a warning and the full error
in debug mode. This is for 2.0 so it is a new feature but would allow
some cool stuff with.
