I used the scripts mentioned at
http://www.apache.org/legal/src-headers.html, in particular
copy2license.pl and update-AL20.pl. However, they are not fool-proof, at
least I couldn't get them to work generally for all files, so you always
have to check manually if it worked ok. If somebody knows a better way,
please let me know, we still have a lot of headers to update in our
plugins (so far I only updated the ones that we are going to release for
m11).
