Before I released maven-plugin-tools I released
maven-shared-components-7, on March 9. I can't see what is missing from
that version. Do you really need a version 8?

This would be an initial release of these fairly simple components,
they are primarily to bring some unity in configuration elements
between archiva and continuum right now.
