I'm putting the breaks on this release.

It turns out that one of our users has found out that the reason why nobody has gotten maven-changelog-plugin to work with Perforce, is because of a bug in the plugin. I really want to get a fix for this in this release. For those that are interested, this issue is tracked at:
  http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MCHANGELOG-66

Are these the steps needed to revoke a staged release:

1. Remove the tag in SVN
2. Manually change the pom(s) back to the previous SNAPSHOT version
