I have pushed the parent to the repo I think the cause was a previous release attempt that I did and had to cancel due to not deploying to the staging repo. I thought only the parent was deployed and removed it by hand, updated the parent to fix the problem and prepare the release again. Seems that not only the parent had been deployed.
