I would have to say -1.

Compared to 2.0.2 (we were locked down to that version, these problems 
may exist there as well):

1) MOST IMPORTANT:  it's not picking up the remote-resources stuff at 
all.   Thus, the generated source jars do not have the required 
LICENSE/NOTICE files in them.    

2) All the .svn dirs and files are being added to the source jars.   They 
didn't with 2.0.2.
