However, this time I elected to repackage *only* the -sources jar with
LICENSE and NOTICE, and have uploaded it with new checksums and
signature. (I also deleted the unnecessary checksums on the
signatures.)

Dennis, can you please re-check the sources and vote? I'd appreciate
another one or two people checking it as well.
Rechecked the new -sources jar and everything is in order now.
