I believe this comes from one of the new reports (DependencyManagement
or PluginManagement) that are included in the upcoming 2.1 version of
maven-project-info-reports-plugin. I've seen this myself and have been
meaning to look into it.

Not specific to the ianal plugin, but gmaven plugins spit this out,
probably from some of the runtime loading magic it does... but I don't
know why or where it happens.
Anyone know?
