I agree it's a good place to track use cases and document decisions,
but not very functional for tracking changes or discussing/asking
questions (it's also susceptible to deletion or history loss at some
point in the future). I hope we'll continue to use the list for that
in between bursts to the doc to make it easiest to follow on.
