Remove the project-info-reports plugin for now. We should probably
look at scope while building up the directed graph and not worry about
cycles in test dependencies.

I made some tests and this problem doesn't occurs with maven 2.0.6
Perhaps it is related to http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-3284
This issue is critical for us but if it is related to MNG-3284, it
will
be fixed only in 2.0.11 :-(
What can we do ???
