Normally I would agree on the late change, but it's entirely optional usage so it wouldn't affect existing builds and I'd like to start thinking about 2.0.10 being the EOL for 2.0.x.

I was going to suggest the same thing, as this is also a bogey release :) There are regressions and patches in M2 that probably still need to be done, which is what I was coming back to. M3 is easy if Doxia is released - but I think it could be bumped if not. M4 is just merging and testing. I'm prepared to drop M5 out since even though it works, we're not going to be infrastructurally prepared to use this for a while.
