I renamed the version 2.0.x in JIRA to 2.1.x since it seems clear that
we won't be continuing that stream much further, and because it's a
reversible action if anyone objects.
After 2.1.0 is done, I'd still like to look at releasing 2.0.11 with
just the fixes that were already completed and committed (34) as a
way to round out that branch nicely. The rest of the issues in there
can be pushed down to 2.1.1 (which I've also created).
