Note 1: the most convenient way to test these (I think) is to use
site-plugin-2.1-SNAPSHOT and/or pdf-plugin-1.0-SNAPSHOT, which both use the latest
doxia snaps.
Note 2: I noticed after deploying the site that there was a wrong link to the
document xsd in the javadocs. I have corrected that in the release tag and on
trunk. This only affects the site docs, not the binary so I think it should be ok.
