I've redeployed the staging repository for this vote:

This redeployment contains the corrected mavenVersion property, but also
includes a new version of plexus-utils, to correct process leaks that
were detected in the CommandLineUtils class (which is used to read
system envars during Maven bootup). The JIRA for this is:
