Does this fix MANTTASKS-141? If not, a new jira issue for the changes would be
good. But you don't have to attach a patch, I can just take a look after you

I made some changes to the Ant Tasks to have the same logic as 2.2 and
3.0 insofar as processing the mirrorOf external:* logic. You want a
