Just my 2 cents, but if you want more people to test out Maven 3
while
it is in development, adding a link on Apache may be beneficial. I
searched the Internet for "maven 3 download", "how to get maven 3",
etc. without any hits. If an official link was in place, search
engines would pick it up.
