Wow, big improvement here too. I had to fix a couple of things in my
build to migrate it to 3.0 (like remove duplicate dependencies I didn't even
know about), and a couple of tests on eeeeevil stateful singletons (don't
ask), and voilà! Full clean install dropped from 9m44s or so to 4m45s.
Configured the tests to run in parallel as well ('methods', not 'classes'),
and it was down to 3m35s!
