Sorry I misunderstand you. I was about to propose to set a such tool in our 
company.

Just for information : 

- The groupId I (we) want to be synch are self-containing 
- we always deploy (release-profile) sources + javadoc.
- we use two repositories (one for snapshot + one for release)

I will install the community version of Nexus (if it still exists ?) or another 
such tools.
  
Then what is the next step to come on central ? Post here another mail ?
