Hi, is it intended that non proxy host settings are not evaluated by LegacyRepositorySystem#injectProxy(List<ArtifactRepository>, List<Proxy>)" ?
Is there another convenient way to create a fully configured ArtifactRepository (even when the Mojo doesn't require a project)?
