I find I keep running into what I believe is
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-2802 if I try to run IT's in
parallel without having run serially once first "on a given day". This
is for surefire which uses invoker-plugin install to set up the repo.
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-5087 is also relevant/interesting
but I have yet to track this one to its roots.
But it's quite a blocker for running maven IT's in parallel on CI by
default, which works fine with surefire's -Pparallel profile ;)

This might happen if you startup a server (in my case jetty) in your IT which
blocks a port. Obviously those tests cannot be run in parallel - at least not

Actually they didn't.
We still have a few things to iron out with this particular
Jenkins job.
There are constant failures for the Repository Plugin which
nobody seems
to be able to fix.
Perhaps we should remove it from the plugins aggregator
POM?
