IMHO bait-and-switch licensing isn't something to panic about today but better license management is something that Maven should think about enabling. The way it's done is for lawyers to bill and then recover the debt using civil action. Unless you're very poor or very rich, you're unlikely to be able to afford to challenge this in court.
