I've updated the committer/pmc listings in the Maven parent POM to
reflect the information available via the perl commands out on
people.apache.org.
Mark Hobson was still listed as an active committer in the system, but
was listed as Emeritus in the parent POM...which triggered a memory that
he had asked to be bumped to emeritus status some time ago.
Jason, I also reinstated you as a committer in the POM (I think you
removed your entry?), since you're still listed as one in the system and
you've been participating in discussions fairly actively.
Anyhow, please take a look at your own information and let me know if
it's wrong (or correct it yourself! you're a committer after all!) :-)
