Hi Dennis! I am sure that is the reason, the <arguments/> element is not merged :(
The reason why I applied that override is to avoid someone (myself at first place :P) forgets to activate the required/needed profiles during the release - especially because ITs sites are required to be deployed, otherwise site links would be broken. Do you have hints how to improve that?
