Hi I'm planning to release the WAR Plugin this week. I've worked through the issues scheduled for the 2.3 version in JIRA. A couple of them were easy fixes that I've committed, but a few are larger. I'd like to push the following to a later version, unless someone has time to work on them early this week:
MWAR-167 Final manifest not written to exploded location MWAR-218 Missed XSD Schema for the file webapp-cache.xml MWAR-33 jars with differents versions can be in WEB-INF/lib with war as dependencies There is some more documentation left for MWAR-164 before I can close it, which I will do shortly. Apart from that I have only one question, and that's whether we need maven-archiver:2.6 or not for this release. It's currently a SNAPSHOT dependency. If we need 2.6 I'll stage the two together.
